BANCO POPULAR | WAGE GAP

Banco Popular is the largest bank in Puerto Rico and . It is also one of the few businesses in Puerto Rico that is actively trying to reduce the wage gap for its female employees. Therefore, since the bank's mission is "echar pa' lante", which means to progress or move forward, Popular wanted its statement to apply to everyone, not just its female employees. In the end, equality is essential to progress.

INSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGN: 100 X LO QUE QUERAMOS

Banco Popular is the largest bank in Puerto Rico. It’s also the only bank that provides entrepreneurs the tools and opportunities they need to start and/or grow a businesses. However, with the crashing economy, Puerto Ricans are looking for opportunities outside of the island thinking that we are “too small”. That’s why the Popular decided to give locals a message of hope by showing that what truly needs to change is our small mentality by inviting us to re-invent ourselves and think bigger than 100x35, our island size.
